Stress is the single biggest health risk for a young puppy during transport. That's why we will never put a puppy in a courier van, an airline cargo hold, or any third-party transport service. We deliver every puppy personally.
Our delivery vehicle is climate-controlled and equipped with a secure travel crate, soft bedding from the puppy's familiar environment, and water. Puppies are never left unattended during the journey, there's always a trained person in the back seat keeping them calm.
Living in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK or Fujairah? You're not at a disadvantage. We deliver across all seven emirates, included with every puppy purchase. Whether you're 15 minutes away in Dubai Marina or 90 minutes away in Ras Al Khaimah, we'll bring your puppy to your door.

No. Delivery is included free of charge with every Bolt's Family puppy purchase, regardless of which emirate you're in, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, or Fujairah.
No, never. We do not use third-party couriers, airline cargo, or any unattended transport for our puppies. Every delivery is personally handled by a trained Bolt's Family team member in our own climate-controlled vehicle.
Delivery within Dubai is usually 30–60 minutes from our base. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah deliveries take 60–120 minutes. Northern emirates like RAK and Fujairah can take 90–150 minutes. We always plan for the cooler parts of the day to keep your puppy comfortable.
International delivery requires export paperwork, airline cargo arrangements, and country-specific import permits. We focus exclusively on the UAE because we believe it's the only way to guarantee a stress-free journey. We can connect you with reputable pet relocation companies if you're moving abroad.
