For as long as you own your puppy. There's no time limit on our WhatsApp support, whether your puppy is 3 months old or 8 years old, you can message us with questions and we'll help where we can.
Anything related to your puppy, feeding schedules, food brand recommendations, vaccination timing, behaviour concerns, training tips, breed-specific health questions, vet recommendations, grooming advice, travel preparation. We've seen most of it before.
For urgent medical concerns, we'll always recommend a licensed UAE vet, we cannot diagnose or prescribe. But we can help you assess whether it's urgent, recommend trusted vets in your emirate, and walk you through what to expect at the appointment.
We don't run training classes ourselves, but we can refer you to trusted Dubai-based dog trainers and behaviourists who specialise in toy breeds and first-time owners. Just ask for a recommendation.
