The terms that apply when you enquire about or purchase a puppy from Bolt's Family in Dubai, UAE.

By contacting Bolt's Family or purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to the following terms. These terms are intended to set clear, fair expectations for both you and us.
1. About Our Puppies
Every puppy advertised by Bolt's Family is described as accurately as possible, with real photos and, on request, live video. Breed, age, colour and availability are provided in good faith and may change as puppies are reserved or sold. Listings are updated regularly.
2. Health & Documentation
Our puppies are vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and vet-checked before going to their new home, and come with a health certificate and passport. We offer a vet health check covering pre-existing conditions; the full guarantee terms are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted per puppy and confirmed directly with you before purchase. A deposit may be required to reserve a puppy. Deposits secure your chosen puppy and are applied to the final price. Payment plans (such as split payments) may be available where indicated.
4. Reservations & Upcoming Litters
Upcoming puppies can be pre-booked with a deposit. Estimated availability dates are approximate and depend on the puppy's health and readiness to leave its mother (typically from 40 days old).
5. Delivery
We deliver across all seven Emirates. Delivery is arranged personally to ensure your puppy travels safely and comfortably. Delivery timing is agreed with you in advance.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information
- Provide a safe, suitable home environment for your puppy
- Follow the care, feeding and vaccination guidance we provide
- Complete payment as agreed
7. After-Care Support
We provide ongoing WhatsApp support for the lifetime of your puppy. We are here to help with questions about feeding, grooming, training and vet recommendations.
